Last week’s most notable commercial suit was the $10-million case Rutmet Inc. v TransAsia Private Capital Limited et al. Kagan Shastri DeMelo Winer Park LLP managing partner Rahul Shastri represented plaintiff Rutmet Inc. He handles commercial leasing and general commercial litigation.
