A notable commercial suit was the $500-million case Bondfield Construction Company Limited, Through Its Litigation Trustee, Terrence O'Sullivan v Deloitte LLP et al. Stikeman Elliott LLP senior counsel Peter Howard represented plaintiff Bondfield Construction Company Limited. Thornton Grout Finnigan LLP partner John Finnigan advised defendant Deloitte LLP. Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP partner Sarah Armstrong acted for defendant PricewaterHouseCoopers LLP.

Another notable commercial suit was the $350-million case Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. v Deloitte LLP et al. Howard represented plaintiff Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Finnigan advised defendant Deloitte LLP. Fasken partner Kimberly Potter acted for defendant PricewaterHouseCoopers LLP.

A third notable commercial suit was the $333,309,379.73 case Romspen Investment Corporation v Woodbine Mall Holdings Inc. et al. Dickinson Wright LLP partner David Preger advised applicant Romspen Investment Corporation.
