Training for first-time users 

Part of the Help Centre is the Training Packages, which will help you learn more about how to navigate the software. There are four packages, namely: 

  • Initial Training: for new users; it covers the card and matter management, including LEAP’s key functions 

  • Refresher: includes additional training materials to complement your Initial Training for existing users 

  • Bookkeeper: first of two accounting training courses; it covers LEAP’s trust accounting and office accounting within their finance modules 

  • End of Month: second accounting training course, which is about how LEAP can assist with end-of-month requirements, still within LEAP’s finance modules 

The Law Society of Ontario has approved LEAP’s Initial Training Program for three Professionalism Hours. Again, you’ll have to sign up to LEAP’s website to access these Training Packages. 

LEAP University 

You can learn about how to maximize your LEAP by checking the LEAP University. This is an online training portal, just like an “online school,” where you can find courses about LEAP. These courses also include instructional videos and interactive activities. 

LEAP University is complimentary to all LEAP clients. This means that you can access all courses at no additional cost.
