Sudevi is the Head of the Insurance Defence Group, and a Member of the Commercial Litigation and Health Law Practices. She is the current chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the Student Committee.
Sudevi has a thriving litigation practice, representing insurance companies, companies with self-insured retention, health professionals and corporations. Her practice focuses on occupiers’ liability, motor vehicle liability and the defence of professional liability cases, and has extensive trial experience. Sudevi is a frequent panelist on issues of diversity and inclusion, and speaks and writes frequently on litigation practice issues.
