McInnes Cooper announces professional services affiliate, MC Advisory, set to launch in spring 2021
McInnes Cooper is seeking a managing director for a professional services firm to launch in spring 2021.

McInnes Cooper is searching for a managing director for MC Advisory, a new professional services business affiliated with the law firm.

Scheduled to launch in spring 2021, Kevin Kiley, McInnes Cooper’s managing partner, and his team are searching for the creative and strategic leadership that will be responsible for launching and expanding the new business across Atlantic Canada.

“We are excited to bring new leadership opportunities to Atlantic Canada and to launch a new business designed to drive prosperity for the region’s businesses and strategic counsel to the public sector,” said Kiley in the news release.

Kiley said that he looked forward to meeting the “best established and rising talent the region has to offer.”

MC Advisory will connect clients to lawyers from McInnes Cooper if such is deemed to benefit the client. The professional advisory services offered to clients will include the following:

  • business growth and legacy — strategic wealth creation, succession and legacy planning advisory services for business owners
  • public sector advisory — advice from fresh, independent and experienced perspectives for public sector leaders
  • human resources strategy — advice regarding the appropriate human resources framework and practices to adopt for business and human resources leaders

MC Advisory seeks to furnish services that will support clients as they work toward their long-term goals.

McInnes Cooper has six offices, which are located in Halifax, St. John’s, Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John and Charlottetown.
