The week’s most notable commercial suit was the $3.5-million case Vivendi Ticketing U.S. LLC v Up in Code Inc. et al. Borden Ladner Gervais LLP partner Ira Nishisato represented plaintiff Vivendi Ticketing U.S. LLC. He focuses on complex commercial litigation, commercial fraud, and cybersecurity and information technology litigation.
Book Erskine LLP founding partner Hilary Book advised Renascence Club Corporation and two other defendants. Her practice includes contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, and commercial real estate litigation.
