One multibillion-dollar case and two multimillion-dollar cases heard this week

The most notable commercial case this week is the $4.45-billion case Sakab Saudi Holding Company et al v. Saad Khalid S Al Jabri et al, continuing with Bennett Jones LLP partner Amanda McLachlan representing the plaintiffs and Adair Goldblatt Bieber LLP partner John Adair, Lax O'Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb LLP lawyer Crawford Smith, and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP partner Lauren Tomasich representing several respondents separately.
