Babin Bessner Spry leads plaintiffs in $202M commercial case

Babin Bessner Spry partner Cynthia Spry represented the plaintiff in a $202 million commercial case that leads this week’s Commercial List roundup. Among the commercial cases this week, the most notable case is Cerieco Canada Corp. v. Mizrahi et al with a concerned amount of $202 million. Babin Bessner Spry partner Cynthia Spry represented the plaintiff, while the respondents appear to be unrepresented.
