M&A specialist Jim Langston joins Paul, Weiss Team in New York

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP has welcomed James “Jim” Langston as a new partner in their mergers and acquisitions practice, based in New York.

Specializing in public and private merger and acquisition transactions, activist defence M&A, and corporate governance, Langston is expected to enhance the firm's capabilities in these critical areas. The mergers and acquisitions practice at Paul, Weiss serves a diverse range of clients, including private equity firms and prominent companies, across a variety of critical transactions.
