Their clients include those involved in notable cases at Boeing, Facebook, and Theranos
A group of ten lawyers from the US-based law firm Constantine Cannon announced their departure to form a new legal practice dedicated to handling whistleblower cases, Reuters reported.
The newly established firm is named Whistleblower Partners. The lawyers brought their existing clients who were involved in notable cases at Boeing, Meta's Facebook, and Theranos. The team at Whistleblower Partners comprises nine partners and one associate, in addition to a group of senior counsel and of counsel who will serve part-time.
Michael Ronickher, one of the partners, emphasized the firm’s mission to advance whistleblower allegations and champion related issues, such as expanding government incentive programs for whistleblowers. "You certainly have more freedom, as a whistleblower-focused firm, to sue whoever needs to be sued," Ronickher said.
