“I’m thrilled to be joining Dentons and reconnecting with so many talented peers,” Babin said.

“With experience spanning both in-house and private practice roles, Dominique brings a practical, business-oriented perspective,” Krawchuk said. “We are confident she will quickly become a trusted advisor to both new and longstanding clients.”

“She not only deepens the bench strength of our corporate and M&A practice, but also exemplifies the local expertise, national strength and global reach that our clients value,” Létourneau said. “We are excited she has chosen to build the next chapter of her career with us.”

“I see tremendous opportunities to expand my practice and continue delivering strategic, business-oriented advice to my clients,” Babin said. “I’m eager to work alongside a team that is committed to helping businesses navigate complexity and achieve their goals in Québec, across Canada and around the world.”
