Cynthia Williams is the Osler Chair in Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. Before coming to Osgoode she was a member of the faculty at the University of Illinois College of Law, and before that practised law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City. Prof. Williams is one of the principal academic investigators of the Canada Climate Law Initiative.
