ChowNow acquires Cuboh to streamline digital ordering for independent restaurants

On March 28, 2024, ChowNow, a leading online ordering and marketing platform for independent restaurants, acquired Cuboh, a startup that specializes in consolidating online orders for the restaurant industry, on March 28, 2024. This acquisition aims to strengthen ChowNow's digital offerings by providing a comprehensive off-premise solution that simplifies the management of multiple digital platforms used by restaurants.

Cuboh, known for its efficient order management platform, integrates various food delivery service orders into one interface, reducing operational complexities and the potential for errors. With this acquisition, ChowNow will incorporate Cuboh's capabilities into its existing services, offering an integrated digital platform that merges with 14 leading POS systems in North America. This will allow restaurant operators to streamline their operations, focusing more on their culinary craft while expanding their off-premise business opportunities.

Restaurants currently using Cuboh will gain access to ChowNow’s advanced suite of products, including ChowNow Pro, the Order Better Network, its commission-free marketplace, and Flex Delivery. This integration promises a seamless operational experience and robust support for growth.
