(2a), a Montreal-based company dealing in authenticated, pre-owned luxury vintage goods. Post-acquisition, Fred Mannella, co-founder and CEO of 2a, will become Senior Vice President of Wholesale at FASHIONPHILE. This move follows FASHIONPHILE’s recent acquisition of the LXR brand and aims to boost its wholesale and omnichannel operations globally. Founded in 2021, 2a has over 30 years of experience in pricing, grading, and authenticating luxury vintage items, working with over 20 partners in Canada and the U.S. The transaction enhances FASHIONPHILE’s position in the secondhand luxury market, leveraging Mannella’s expertise to expand its business reach.
