MAPEI Canada, a subsidiary of the global leader in construction materials MAPEI Inc., successfully acquired Diaplas, a Quebec-based manufacturer of profiles and trims for floors and walls, enhancing its product portfolio. Diaplas, established in 1989 in Laval, Quebec, has been a prominent player in the tile accessories market, operating one manufacturing site and administrative office. This strategic acquisition aims to provide comprehensive solutions in the construction and industrial sectors, reflecting MAPEI's commitment to growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Marco Roma, MAPEI Canada's General Manager, emphasized the mutual benefits of the merger, highlighting Diaplas's integration into MAPEI's extensive network, which will offer Diaplas's customers a wider range of products and access to advanced research and development.
