Imperial Capital successfully completed the sale of Frontier Service Partners to Apex Service Partners, marking a significant phase of expansion for notable Midwest home service brands Haley Mechanical, Korte Does It All, and AB May. Established in September 2021, Frontier Service Partners unified three top independent residential service companies, enhancing their stance in the Midwest's residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service sector. The partnership with Imperial Capital catalyzed remarkable growth across the brands, evidenced by a 31% organic brand-level EBITDA CAGR during Imperial's tenure. This growth was attributed to investments in employee training, retention, customer service, and digital marketing. The original owners continued as presidents and shareholders, embodying Frontier's investment and management ethos.

Eugene Polevoy, a Principal at Imperial Capital, lauded the partnership's achievements over two years, emphasizing the strategic brand and branch partner selection. Henry Haley, Branch President at Haley Mechanical and Co-Founder of Frontier, expressed pride in their accomplishments and enthusiasm for joining Apex, anticipating further growth through Apex's operational capabilities.

The deal was finalized on January 23, 2024, with TD Cowen serving as the exclusive financial advisor and Torys LLP as the legal counsel for Frontier Service Partners and Imperial Capital.
