Pagero, a leader in e-invoicing and indirect tax solutions, operates a Smart Business Network that connects 90,000 customers across 14 million companies globally, facilitating secure and compliant document exchanges integrated with ERP systems.

Steve Hasker, President and CEO of Thomson Reuters, praised the acquisition's strategic and cultural fit, committing to invest in Pagero and its talented team. The acquisition aims to accelerate a shared vision for global e-invoicing capabilities, responding to over 80 countries' e-invoicing regulations. Pagero's network complies with mandates in over 75 countries, offering significant growth opportunities.

The integration of Pagero with Thomson Reuters' ONESOURCE suite is expected to deliver enhanced compliance, workflow automation, and global scale.
