On June 30, 2023, Egis S.A. ("Egis"), an international consulting engineering firm, completed the acquisition of McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers (“McIntosh Perry”), a Canadian consulting engineering company with a team of 800 engineers, project managers, and technicians spread across 21 offices in North America. With operations in 120 countries and in the Top 20 of global engineering firms, this new partnership allows Egis to significantly expand its presence and support clients in North America to build a more balanced, sustainable, and resilient world. McIntosh Perry will lead the Egis operations in North America.
