Northern Divine Aquafarms, Canada's only producer of certified white sturgeon and sturgeon caviar, has completed the sale to U.S.-based Caviar & Caviar LLC.

Northern Divine is a fully integrated land-based fish farm and hatchery for both white sturgeon and coho salmon. The company produces both caviar and meat for international markets, including cured salmon and sturgeon roe.

The financial terms are not disclosed.
