Audax Group acquires Andron Stainless

Audax Group has completed the acquisition of Andron Stainless, a provider of sanitary stainless steel tube fittings and valves for the food, dairy, beverage, chemical, and semiconductor industries, through Flow Control Holdings, Audax's affiliate company.

The transaction includes Andron Stainless Ltd., comprised of the company's Canadian operations, and Andron Stainless Corp., based in the U.S.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal closed on January 18, 2023.
