Couche-Tard sells 52 sites to Harnois Énergies

Alimentation Couche-Tarde Inc. has sold 52 sites to Harnois Énergies as part of their deal with the Competition Bureau to acquire the Wilsons network. The transaction completes the acquisition of Cape D'Or Holdings Ltd., Barrington Terminals Ltd., and other affiliated holding entities, which run an independent convenience store and fuel network in Atlantic Canada under the Esso, Wilsons Gas Stops, and Go! Stores brands.

The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
