Sprott Resource Lending Corp. invested approximately $237 million (US$175 million) to fund Metals Acquisition Corp (MAC) in its US$1.1 billion purchase of Glencore's CSA Copper Mine, in New South Wales, Australia.

Davies acted as tax counsel to Sprott.
