On August 22, 2022, IDEXX Laboratories, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed corporation engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of products and services for the companion animal veterinary, livestock, poultry, water testing and dairy markets, acquired Pathogen Detection Systems Inc., a Canadian-based company whose lead product is a desktop testing system that is capable of performing a combined test for both E.coli and Total Coliform bacteria on a variety of water samples.
