Skyservice and Fontainebleau Aviation forge partnership in executive aviation sector

On October 17, 2023, Skyservice Business Aviation announced its acquisition of interests in Fontainebleau Aviation's operations at Miami Opa-Locka Executive Airport (OPF) and a developing FBO at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). This strategic expansion into South Florida aims to enhance the Fontainebleau luxury brand in the private and business aviation sectors.

Benjamin Murray, Skyservice President and CEO, emphasized the alignment of Fontainebleau's iconic brand with Skyservice's commitment to service excellence, safety, and exceptional amenities. The partnership is set to cater to the growing demand for private aviation in North America.

Skyservice, one of North America's largest business aviation platforms, extends its reach across 12 airports, including locations in Oregon, Montana, Seattle, California, and various Canadian cities. It also maintains specialized facilities in Ontario and Quebec.

Fontainebleau Aviation, known for luxury and service standards, aligns with Skyservice's distinguished reputation in aviation. The partnership targets growth at key U.S. locations, leveraging Fontainebleau Aviation's established presence at OPF and FLL, significant business aviation markets.
