OpSens Inc., a Quebec-based provider of cardiology-focused medical devices, signed a definitive agreement with global healthcare firm Haemonetics Corporation wherein Haemonetics will acquire OpSens for $345 million. The deal is expected to close by the end of January 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
