Their software, including the customer information system (SpryCIS), caters to the evolving needs of utilities amidst the shift towards smart grids and improved customer engagement. As utilities transition, SpryPoint's platform stands out for its adaptability, serving even utilities that cater to over 400,000 populations. SpryPoint's accomplishments as a self-financed entity have positioned it at the forefront of the utilities CIS market.
