Toronto-based EQB Inc. and Vancouver-based ACM Advisors Ltd. jointly announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement by which EQB will acquire a 75 percent interest in ACM in a cash and share transaction. With $4.8 billion in assets under management as of September 30, 2023, ACM is one of the most respected independent alternative asset managers in Canada. The deal is expected to close by December 31, 2023.
