On December 14, 2022, Lynx announced the acquisition of Fort Lauderdale’s Resource4Floors ("Resource"), a company known for providing full-service commercial flooring solutions in sectors such as education, healthcare, hospitality, and retail since 1980. This acquisition marks Lynx's first ever in Florida and will be an addition to the Lynx Flooring Portfolio (LFP), contributing to the Group's continuous success since its first acquisition in 2014. David Vernon, Resource's President, will stay in his current role and emphasized Lynx's commitment to growth, success, and local culture as key factors in his decision. Lynx's Senior M&A Associate, Mujtaba Abidi, highlighted that Resource was a great fit for the company and expressed excitement in supporting its future growth. The transaction's legal and accounting aspects were managed by Minden Gross and Deloitte. The transaction value is undisclosed.
