On November 6, 2024, SingleOps, a U.S.-based provider of business software for the arbor and landscape sectors, has merged with Landscape Management Network (LMN), a Canadian-founded provider of landscape software and crew training. The combined company will offer a full-service business management and payments platform for landscaping, tree care, design/build, and snow removal businesses across North America. As part of the deal, SingleOps secured additional growth equity from existing investor FTV Capital, with participation from Five Elms Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Mark Sedgley, CEO of SingleOps, will lead the merged entity, while LMN founder Mark Bradley will remain as a strategic advisor. Together, they will serve over 4,000 customers, combining their strengths to expand product offerings and better address the needs of a fragmented and evolving industry. Both companies will continue investing in their respective platforms, aiming to deliver scalable, all-in-one solutions that include payment capabilities.

Advisors on the transaction included Raymond James (financial advisor to LMN), with legal counsel from Stikeman Elliott and Kirkland & Ellis. Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor, and Gibson Dunn provided legal counsel to FTV Capital and SingleOps.
