Trivest Partners acquires Door Doctor

Trivest Partners L.P., a Miami-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the Door Doctor group of companies, the leading providers in Ontario and Québec of commercial overhead door and industrial loading dock services.

The acquisition was an add-on to Trivest’s Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions platform, and also involved the negotiation of a new credit facility for the platform with a leading Canadian bank.
