G3 Media Inc. made the acquisition of more than 665 advertising panels located in five key markets: Greater Toronto, Greater Montreal, Quebec City, Sherbrooke and Trois-Rivières, making it the third largest player in the billboard advertising market in Quebec and Ontario.

G3 Media, founded by entrepreneur Sébastien McQuade in partnership with real estate investor Luc Poirier, has acquired these assets from Bell Media. This acquisition promotes a competitive environment for billboard advertising in Quebec and Ontario thanks to the inclusion of G3 Media.

Miller Thomson represented G3 Media with a team that consisted mainly of Hubert Sibre, Philippe St-Louis, Josyane Ledoux, Annafaye Dunbar and Karel Mahy-Rousseau for transactional matters and Eric Dufour and Devin Persaud for competition law matters.
