Green Energy Services Inc. (GES), a partially owned subsidiary of TerraVest Industries Inc., entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire the Canadian assets of Aureus Energy Services Inc.

Assets acquired include Aureus's Canadian operations located in Grande Prairie, Alberta, and Fort St. John, British Columbia, which provide water management and hot oiling services to the Western Canadian energy industry.

Post-transaction, Aureus Energy Services Inc. will retain its U.S. operations, continuing to offer water management and recycling services in the Permian and Delaware regions of Texas and New Mexico.
