Valsoft Corporation Inc., a Canadian company specializing in acquiring and developing vertical market software businesses, acquired Chordline Health, a leading provider of managed care software, on February 19, 2025. The transaction value was not disclosed.

Chordline Health, founded in 1983, offers a comprehensive suite of solutions that integrate case management, utilization management, appeals and grievances, and advanced analytics. The software supports health plans, third-party administrators (TPAs), accountable care organizations (ACOs), and other risk-bearing entities, focusing on improving patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Valsoft emphasized that Chordline’s industry expertise aligns with its vision of acquiring and growing industry-leading businesses. The acquisition is expected to provide Chordline with additional resources to scale operations and drive innovation in healthcare technology. Chordline’s leadership team will remain in place to continue advancing its solutions and supporting its customer base.
