MML Capital Partners, an international private equity firm, acquired a 50% stake in RAVL Inc., a Toronto-based technology advisory and engineering firm specializing in the financial services industry.

The shareholders of RAVL Inc. were represented by Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, with partners Zain Rizvi and Sumeet Dang leading the legal team.
