On January 23, 2025, the Quartier Molson redevelopment in Montréal, located on the former Molson brewery site, secured syndicated pre-development financing. The project, led by Montoni and Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, aims to create a community-centered development with international appeal.

Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) represented Montoni and Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ in the financing, with a legal team that included Vincent Frenette, Jeff Talbot, Mathieu Tremblay, and Jordan Bouchard. BLG has been advising on the project since the acquisition of the site in 2019.
