On February 4, 2025, Valsoft Corporation Inc. (“Valsoft”) acquired Brazil-based VHL Sistemas Ltda., a leading provider of cloud-based notary management solutions. This marks Valsoft’s first acquisition in Latin America, strengthening its presence in the region.

VHL’s flagship platform, Asgard, enhances transparency, security, and efficiency in the notary sector. CEO Jonathan Cleiton Alves stated that joining Valsoft will drive innovation and expansion.

Valsoft was represented internally by Oliver Gray, David Felicissimo, and Elisa Marcon, with Lefosse Advogados as external counsel. VHL Sistemas was advised by Píer Partners and Teixeira Freire Advogados.
