Valsoft Corporation Inc. (“Valsoft”) announced on September 26, 2023, the acquisition of JBL Solutions (“JBL”), a Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based provider of industrial ERP solutions for the gas, welding, distribution, and fabrication industries. The acquisition marked Valsoft’s expansion into the Industrial ERP sector. JBL serves over 3,000 users across 33 U.S. states, Canada, and the Bahamas with software solutions including MIS Accu-Tech, CylTech 2, and AcuTrax. CEO Bob Lyles stated that Valsoft aligned with JBL’s mission to support employees, customers, and product innovation. Kent Howard, Operating Partner at Aspire Software, emphasized JBL’s strong industry position and commitment to continued growth.
