Valsoft Corporation Inc. (“Valsoft”) announced on March 5, 2024, that it acquired TDO Software (“TDO”) from Sonendo Inc. The deal closed on the same date.

TDO, a leading endodontic practice management software, enhances workflow efficiency through integrated imaging, social media, and referral reporting. The acquisition expands Valsoft’s Health & Dental portfolio, strengthening its position in dental healthcare technology. Post-acquisition, TDO will operate under Valsoft’s Aspire Software division to accelerate product development and customer support.

Valsoft was represented internally by Shinjay (Ssin) Choi, David Felicissimo, and Pamela Romero. Sonendo Inc. was advised by Reed Smith LLP, with Stifel acting as its exclusive financial advisor.
