Valsoft Corporation Inc. announced on April 4, 2024, the acquisition of WeSuite, a provider of sales management software for the security and technology services sectors. The deal closed on the same day.

Founded in 2008, WeSuite offers solutions such as WeOpportunity for lead generation, WeEstimate for pricing and quoting, and QuoteAnywhere for real-time interactive sales. Founders Tracy Larson (President) and Michael Fazio (CTO) will remain in leadership roles. Valsoft will integrate WeSuite into its operational arm, Aspire Software, to enhance product development and market expansion.

Gustavo Vargas, Operating Partner at Aspire Software, highlighted WeSuite’s strong management and commitment to customer satisfaction as key strengths.

Valsoft was represented by in-house legal team members Ambra Del Busso (Legal Counsel), David Felicissimo (General Counsel), and Elisa Marcon (Corporate Paralegal). WeSuite LLC was advised by Priolet & Associates, P.C.
