Valsoft Corporation Inc. ("Valsoft") announced on May 28, 2024, the acquisition of Progitek, a leading dental practice management software provider. Founded in 1995, Progitek’s flagship Dentitek platform enables dental offices to go paperless and streamline operations. The deal marked Valsoft’s fifth acquisition in the health and dental sector.

Progitek’s founder, Éric Vézina, will remain in his role to ensure continuity in leadership and innovation. Progitek will also integrate with Valsoft’s operating arm, Aspire Software, to strengthen its market position.

Valsoft was represented internally by Senior Legal Counsel Shinjay (Ssin) Choi, General Counsel David Felicissimo, and Paralegal Pamela Romero. Progitek was advised by Stein Monast. The transaction closed on May 28, 2024. The deal value was not disclosed.
