Valsoft Corporation Inc. announced on July 2, 2024, the acquisition of Asher Group, a provider of scalable communications for emergency management agencies and HR solutions. Founded in 1995, Asher is known for its Hyper-Reach platform, which enables large-scale public safety communication, as well as integrations with HR systems like UKG Pro and UKG Ready. The acquisition expands Valsoft’s presence into the Mass Notification Software sector, with Asher Group operating under its Aspire Software division.

Tequity Advisors acted as a broker for Asher Group, while legal representation was provided by Underberg & Kessler LLP. Valsoft was represented internally by Ambra Del Busso (Legal Counsel), David Felicissimo (General Counsel), and Elisa Marcon (Corporate Paralegal).
