On June 26, 2024, Valsoft Corporation acquired Aysling, a U.S.-based provider of advertising operations software for media publishers. Aysling’s AdOrbit platform automates ad sales, CRM, and accounting for over 200 publishers. The deal marks Valsoft’s entry into media ad operations, with Aysling’s management, led by Rudy Pataro, staying on to drive growth.

Previously owned by Fry Communications, Aysling will leverage Valsoft’s global reach to expand beyond the U.S. Valsoft was represented internally by Shinjay (Ssin) Choi and Pamela Romero, while Honigman LLP advised Aysling. Transaction value was not disclosed.
