On January 24, 2025, Valsoft Corporation Inc. acquired Vigilix, a U.S.-based provider of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions for Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. The acquisition enhances Valsoft’s retail software portfolio, expanding its capabilities in remote access, monitoring, and data protection for POS environments.

Founded in 2003, Vigilix is a trusted provider for POS resellers and ISVs across North America. The deal aligns with Valsoft’s strategy of acquiring and growing vertical market software businesses.

Valsoft was represented internally by David Felicissimo and Elisa Marcon, while Kevin Hendricks of Entrepreneurs Law Group advised Vigilix. Transaction value was not disclosed.
