Transcarent, a leading consumer-driven healthcare platform, is set to acquire Accolade, a healthcare navigation provider, for US$621 million. This strategic acquisition aims to create a comprehensive healthcare solution by combining Transcarent’s digital-first approach with Accolade’s expertise in personalized healthcare services.

Legal counsel for Transcarent was provided by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, while Cooley LLP represented Accolade.

The deal is expected to close in Q2 2025, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
