On August 29, 2024, Valsoft Corporation acquired Anju Software, a global provider of life sciences solutions for clinical research, medical affairs, and data science. This marks Valsoft’s first acquisition in the life sciences sector. Anju’s flagship products—TrialMaster, IRMS MAX, and TA Scan—help pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and medical device firms streamline drug and device development.

Valsoft was represented internally by its legal team and externally by Proskauer Rose LLP, while Anju was advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
