On September 9, 2024, Valsoft Corporation acquired ACOM Software, a provider of document management, workflow automation, and payment process solutions for enterprise platforms. Previously part of ACOM Solutions, Inc., ACOM Software has served ERP applications for over 25 years.

The acquisition strengthens Valsoft’s presence in document flow automation, with ACOM Software rebranding as ACOM Systems.

Valsoft was represented internally by David Felicissimo (General Counsel) and Pamela Romero (Paralegal). ACOM Solutions was advised by Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.
