October 2, 2024, Valsoft Corporation Inc. acquired Quantum Aviation Solutions, a global provider of baggage management software, through its subsidiary, Valsoft Ireland Limited. Based in Atlanta, Quantum serves airports, airlines, and ground service operators worldwide. Its telematics unit will continue operating independently as Proveo.

The deal strengthens Valsoft’s aviation portfolio, which includes Commsoft, IDGateway, and Zafire. David Kennedy, CEO of Quantum, emphasized growth opportunities under Valsoft, while Aidin Mohsenin, Portfolio Manager at Valsoft, praised Quantum’s industry leadership.

Valsoft was represented internally, while Litwin Kach LLP advised Quantum.
