On November 26, 2024, Valsoft Corporation Inc. acquired Pinpoint Global Communications, a U.S.-based provider of compliance management and training software for financial services and healthcare. This marks Valsoft’s entry into the training and compliance sector. Pinpoint will leverage Valsoft’s global presence to expand beyond the U.S.

Valsoft was represented internally by Shinjay?(Ssin) Choi and Pamela Romero, with external counsel from Rich May. Pinpoint Global was represented by Rath, Young and Pignatelli and advised by Broadhaven Capital Partners LLC.
