On December 20, 2024, Valsoft Corporation acquired Keystone Information Systems and Cott Systems, strengthening its presence in local government software. Keystone provides enterprise-wide management solutions for public-sector organizations, while Cott Systems specializes in public records management and digitization.

Keystone was represented by Rosenbloom Law Group LLC, with Valsoft’s internal counsel including David Felicissimo (General Counsel) and Pamela Romero (Senior Corporate Paralegal).
