On April 19, 2024, Valsoft Corporation Inc. acquired Trendex Information Systems Inc., a software provider for industrial gases and welding supplies distributors. The acquisition strengthens Valsoft’s Industrial ERP portfolio and expands its mid-market customer reach. Trendex’s flagship Gastrend software offers accounting, inventory control, and equipment rental solutions.

Trendex will operate under Valsoft’s Aspire Software division, benefiting from its resources and expertise. Valsoft’s Managing Director of Industrial ERP, Debbi Gilcrease, emphasized continued investment and innovation in Trendex’s offerings.

Valsoft was represented by Ambra Del Busso (Legal Counsel), David Felicissimo (General Counsel), and Elisa Marcon (Corporate Paralegal). Trendex was advised by Baron, B.E., Avocats Inc.
